Privacy policy

1. Data controller

Given the nature and volume of the processing carried out, PIXON is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Any request relating to personal data is handled at the address above.

2. Scope

This policy covers the corporate website pixon.fr. It does not apply to products published by PIXON (the Voxtech suite), which have their own privacy policy, nor to processing carried out as part of consulting and delivery engagements, which is governed by the contract signed with each client.

3. Data collected and purposes

This website has no form and no login area. The only data that may be processed is the following:

No data is collected without your knowledge, and no "special category" data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is requested. Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and trackers

Audience measurement is provided by Umami, an open-source solution that we host ourselves in France. It works without cookies, creates no persistent identifier, does not track visitors across websites and transmits no data to any third party. This falls within the audience-measurement exemption from consent recognised by the CNIL (French data protection authority).

The website stores your display preference (light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage. This information never leaves your device, is not sent to our servers, and is strictly necessary for the feature you enabled.

Web fonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party service when browsing the site.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to authorised PIXON staff in charge of the business relationship. It is never sold, rented or exchanged. The following act as technical processors:

6. Security

PIXON implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted key-based server access, regular software updates, logging and backups.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (in particular to direct marketing) and portability of your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding your data after your death (French law).

To exercise them, write to contact@pixon.fr. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the requester.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to our services or to regulations. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; in the event of a substantial change, the persons concerned will be informed by appropriate means.
